Reset Your Body Clock – Day Three

I haven’t said much about the whole Reset Your Body Clock thing… It’s been one of those weekends!

Friday night, I fell asleep on the sofa again… So I ended up going to bed around 6. Which meant I didn’t wake up until around 11 and then I had to drive to Warrington to spend the day seeing family. There was a party in the evening and I was staying at my brothers so it would be rude not to stay up late with a few beers…

I get up at a reasonable time on Sunday (10 am!) and try to make myself tired during the day… Kinda. I pretty much spent the whole day watching podcasts and Smallville. I was getting to the end of season 9 and as 01:30 came around this morning… I had to finish it! One more episode meant another late night.

I forced myself to wake up a little earlier than I had to but still that was only around 07:40 which isn’t a lot of sleep but I felt better waking up earlier than I had to.

It’s now 20:10 and my stomach is rumbling, so I’m gonna make some food and it’s still a reasonable hour! I think day three can be classed as day one, but I still only have four days to reset my body clock.

Maybe Not.

So it didn’t quite turn out. Well it certainly wasn’t photogenic.

Never mind. Everything else we bake works great, so we’ll try something different next time.

Baking

So I’m gonna be baking a boozy cherry chocolate cake shortly. Well, S is, I’m going to be helping.
